Who We Are – Founder & CEO
Mr. Madhav Khanna, Co-Founder
After having worked for large consulting firms in the energy industry, Mr. Madhav Khanna co-founded InfraGrid to put his acquired experience and thought leadership to work for utilities.
Mr. Khanna’s career has spanned utilities industry and global consulting firms and he has worked on large $300M+ Business Transformation and Smart Grid programs in business and technical capacities. He has served utilities from Southwest to Northeast U.S. and in Eastern Canada.
Madhav has an MBA from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto where he was a Bregman Scholar and was on Dean’s List and earned his B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa. He resides in Toronto, Canada with his wife and daughter.
Mr. Armen Biouss, Co-Founder
Mr. Armen has worked with global engineering consulting firms specialized in infrastructure design and operation modernization programs within energy and water sector. Armen has worked on a number of large enterprise utility GIS deployment and DMS integration projects spanning through electrical distribution, transmission, and water/municipal utilities in Canada and the Gulf region.
Working with utilities internationally and in Canada, Mr. Armen has acquired advanced technical and management skills in utility network modeling, GIS environment architecture and model build, utility data acquisition technologies and system integration with DMS and OMS as part of Smart Grid initiatives.
Armen has a Master’s Degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from American University of Beirut. He has three children and resides with his wife in Toronto, Canada.
